“In love he predestined us for adoption to sonship through Jesus Christ, in accordance with his pleasure and will—”
Ephesians 1:5 NIV
There are many who grow up without their mother or father, many without both. However, the Father who created them never left them alone and never will. We all have the love and protection of God, we just have to get closer to him and remain in his will.
Adopted as his sons and daughters! it is a great thing, a reason enough to honor the name of God with our lives and exalt him.
The least we can do is show the world, and those who surround us, that we are sons and daughters of God, which we weren’t before but he chose us before the creation of the world and we are here with a purpose.
Find your purpose and live for it, make the changes you must and you’ll experience great satisfaction in you life. In doing so you’ll be honoring the Father and you’ll be a blessing to others, first of all to the ones you love and also to those who without knowing you personally will be inspired by your efforts and everything that you do.
Thanks be to God for those mothers and fathers who have guided their children through the good path and for those children who honor their parents following their advice in their daily lives. Let’s be careful not to judge those parents who have left their children for one or other reason, every case is different, we must remember nothing happens that isn’t in God’s will.
Sometimes there are things that are impossible to comprehend, but to God it isn’t more than his normal thought process, thoughts that are within his will for each one of us. We must remember he is always working for our good just as his word says: “And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose.” Romans 8:28 NIV
Even if it hurts, we must acknowledge that God is always in control. Let’s not forget he chose us and he has a special purpose for each one of us. Therefore we must not entertain negative thoughts or what’s worst, think we are less than others because things aren’t going the way we hoped for. Let’s look into his word that tells us: “For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” Jeremiah 29:11 NIV
Jeremiah was know for interceding for his people, he was so genuine in his feelings that he couldn’t contain his tears when he ministered before them and when he prayed for them, this earned him the nickname “The weeping prophet”.
God’s wonderful answer before Jeremiah’s plight was: “For I know the plans I have for you” Praised be God, Father of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Look around you and be thankful for what you have!
If you still can’t see what your heart desires and if the answer to your prayers is delayed, just be thankful!
I’ll say it again: be thankful and wait, everything happens in God’s time and according to his will, amen!
Our Father knows what’s good for you. Not only are you his chosen one, but you are his beloved, don’t let yourself be doubtful when bad thoughts arise, your strength and your security are with He who conquers all. Cast away every thought that comes to your mind in the name of Jesus Christ, follow the right path and conquer every obstacle that separates you from God. Your sight should be placed in Him who gave his life for you to forgive your sins and has made you free to praise and glorify his name.
He has called you by name, he knows your true heart and has predestined you and justified you for his honor and glory. Don’t stop and keep moving forward!
We are all imperfect and make mistakes, they are mostly misunderstandings that keep God’s grace from flowing. Take care that you aren’t the one initiating such misunderstandings because God doesn’t take for innocent those who know what’s good and do the opposite. When all is said and done he is the one who will fight each battle, be assured that the blessings that come from God are more than enough to keep you moving forward with what God has entrusted you to do, fight until the end to reach what he has promised, according to his will.
He has called you by name, he knows your true heart and has predestined you and justified you for his honor and glory. Don’t stop and keep moving forward!
